The book adaptation of the web series is titled Mrs. Carrington: Una glamurosa intriga de secretos y mentiras (A Glamorous Intrigue of Secrets and Lies).
The novel serves to expand and completely finish the storyline introduced in the short YouTube episodes. The narrative kicks off right after the mysterious death of tycoon Howard P. Carrington. His widow, Leona Carrington, becomes the richest woman in the state, making her the prime target for a group of eccentric “vultures” trying to steal her inheritance. She has to handle her late husband’s unhinged mistress, a mysterious voice plotting against her, and even her own treacherous house staff.
Written by the series’ co-writer, Álex Hernández-Puertas, alongside myself and released in 2020 following a successful crowdfunding campaign its available exclusively in Spanish. It is a paperback novel consisting of 320 pages.
