Resaca is a music video I directed, produced, wrote, edited and post-produced for Kika Lorace. Released in November 2018, it’s a version of Kesha’s TiK ToK — which, if you think about it, is the perfect source material for a song about hangovers — with new lyrics written jointly by Álex Gilabert and Kika Lorace herself. By this point we had built a solid working rhythm together, and it shows: the whole thing has the confidence of a team that knows exactly what it’s going for.
